Jamie Dimitrios Kalaitzidis brings approximately 19 years of building industry experience to JK Pro Build. His background includes formwork, framing, trusses, doors, decking and detailed carpentry.
Jamie is directly involved in discussing projects, visiting the site, preparing quotes, carrying out work and overseeing subcontractors where needed. That means you can speak directly with someone who understands the job.

Jamie’s approach is simple: check the details and address what is not right. That has included replacing a complete front door frame as part of an entrance upgrade, and redoing part of a deck because the finish did not meet his expectations.

Our focus is residential carpentry, decking, pergolas, doors, small renovations, restorations and property maintenance. Each enquiry is assessed for suitability.
Can you replace the door frame as well as the door?+
Yes. Jamie has experience replacing complete front door frames. The appropriate scope depends on the existing opening and the result you want.
Can Jamie coordinate other trades?+
Where agreed within a suitable project, Jamie can coordinate subcontractors such as electricians, plumbers, tilers and plasterers.
How much will my project cost?+
Costs depend on the work, materials and site conditions. We discuss the project and visit the property where appropriate before preparing a quote.
Do you arrange permits or planning approvals?+
JK Pro Build does not provide a planning approval or building permit management service. Requirements and responsibility for approvals should be clarified before proceeding.
